Cape Dunstans owns and operates a specialised fleet of construction, trenchless and processing equipment that supports infrastructure and resource projects across Australia. Operated by our own crews and supported by experienced engineers and field teams, our fleet gives us direct control over safety, reliability and project performance across the environments in which we work.

HDD Fleet
Complex crossings. Delivered with control. Our horizontal directional drilling fleet is among the most advanced in Australia, capable of crossings exceeding 2,000 metres across a wide range of ground conditions, including hard rock and mixed geology. All rigs are supported by specialist tooling and experienced trenchless engineers. Key equipment: Prime PD330/170-CRP Drilling Rig, Herrenknecht HK250 Drilling Rig, American Augers 440 Drilling Rig.
Crushing & Screening Fleet
Production certainty. Delivered at scale. Our modern fleet of mobile and modular crushing and screening equipment is configured to support a wide range of circuit and production requirements across mining and infrastructure projects. Plant configurations are green-energy ready, supporting integration with sustainable power sources where required. Key equipment: Mobile Jaw Crushers, Cone Crushers, Screens, Stackers and Conveyors, Load and Haul Equipment. Applications: ore crushing and screening, primary/secondary/tertiary crushing, road base and construction materials, ballast and armour rock, drill and blast stemming, waste concrete crushing and recycling, mining steel / GET removal from ore. Our fleet supports sustained production rates of up to 160,000 tonnes per month.
Mining Services Fleet
Remote-ready. Built for operating mine sites. Our mining services fleet operates across active mine sites, remote FIFO environments and high-risk infrastructure settings throughout Australia. Equipment is maintained to high operational standards and supported by specialised tooling and experienced field teams with proven Tier 1 mining experience. Key equipment: Herrenknecht HK250 Drilling Rig, Mobile Jaw Crushers, Load and Haul Equipment.
