Cape Dunstans recently celebrated the graduation of a group of middle managers from an externally led Leadership Development Program. The program, completed over seven months, developed management capability, strategic thinking and business innovation.
Emmanuel’s pathway
Emmanuel Langoya joined Cape Dunstans in 2023 as a graduate after completing a Bachelor of Health Science at Edith Cowan University in Western Australia, majoring in Health Promotion and Occupational Health and Safety. Drawn by the company’s strong focus on innovation, safety and employee development, he embraced opportunities to gain experience across a range of projects. Through structured development programs, mentoring and exposure to real-world challenges, Emmanuel has progressed to become a Project Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Advisor. Emmanuel’s story reflects our commitment to developing emerging talent and building the next generation of safety leaders.

Our Graduate Program is designed to develop the next generation of industry leaders through hands-on experience, mentorship and real responsibility. Over a two-year period, graduates rotate across key areas of the business, gaining broad exposure and valuable insight.

Who we’re looking for: degree-qualified (Mechanical or Process Engineering preferred), strong communication and teamwork skills, highly organised with excellent time management, driven, proactive and eager to learn.
