Featured case study: Newmont D6 Dam and Mine Infrastructure Project
Client: Newmont Gold Corporation. Location: Boddington Mine, Bannister WA. Cape Dunstans was engaged by Newmont Gold Corporation to deliver the D6 Dam and Mine Infrastructure Project at the Boddington mine, constructing a seven-gigalitre water storage facility and associated mine infrastructure. Project scope included five pumping stations with more than 15 pumps, electrical works, a 2,000m3 panel storage tank, civil works and bulk earthworks, and more than 30km of large-bore HDPE and MSCL pipelines up to DN800.
Featured case study: Mt Holland Water Pipeline Project
Client: Covalent Lithium. Location: Moorine Rock to Mt Holland, Western Australia. Cape Dunstans delivered a new 136km transfer pipeline from the Goldfields Water Pipeline tie-in at Moorine Rock to the Mt Holland Concentrator site, predominantly DN400 PN20 PE100 HDPE, including trenching, welding, backfilling, reinstatement, trenchless crossings and as-built surveying.
